Of course we think of things all the time, but haven't you ever thought you should do something and ended up doing something else? You just changed your mind, or did your mind change you? Have you ever done something that you knew was harmful in the long run, but you had to do it? You could just not help yourself. That is our subconscious mind at work.

If you learn to control your subconscious then you can unlock the power of your mind. Think of all of the beneficial aspects that could happen. The changes to your life will make others think you are someone else. They will wonder what is going on.

The power we have to control our lives is really unlimited. Of course there are outside factors, but we can reach our goals with what others see as little or no effort. By utilizing Self-Hypnosis we can have a positive impact on our lives.  Self-hypnosis is more than just thinking about something.  When we “talk” to our subconscious we manage how we react to certain situations that happen in our lives.  Often without effort we choose an easier, less stressful way of reacting.  This is not necessarily the best direction that we should take.  When self-hypnosis is applied, we train our minds to do what is right, not fighting what is best for us.  Often resulting is changes in your life that you never thought possible.

Self-Hypnosis

Most people think of self-hypnosis in a comical way. I am here to say that is far from the truth. If used properly, you can use self-hypnosis to change a number of area's within your life. All of them for the better.

Have you been trying to lose those last ten pounds forever? Can you do everything except stop smoking? No matter what do you put everything off until the last minute? Do you have an ache in your joint that will not go away? Do you chew your lip?

These are all examples of items that can be controlled by you through self-hypnosis. Learning the steps to take, how to relax, what to do when relaxed, are the beginning of a new change in your life. You can control what you want within your body, in area's you thought would never change.

There are several stages to self-hypnosis.  The first stage is relaxation or trance.  This is where you relax to a point where your subconscious is able to accept suggestions.  This point is between being fully awake and sleeping.  Something like dreaming while awake.  The next stage is where you repeat a script to yourself.  A script are sets of words or phrases that are positive, centered on you making some change in your life.  The third stage is when you become awake or leave the trance.  This process should be done smoothly, enabling you to realize the different aspects of the transition. 

Self-hypnosis can change a number of area's in your life such as, helping you lose weight, helping you to stop smoking, helping you sleep, increasing self esteem among other area's.
